- Homeowner's Association Membership fees are due now! A newsletter packet
is being distributed throughout the neighborhood and is being attached
to your front door. Please take time to review the contents and send in
your membership fees as soon as possible. If you need a copy of the dues

February
14, 2006 - The first Moorings Homeowner's Association
meeting of 2006 was held at the home of Bill and Lucy Smith. This was
a very important meeting. New officers were elected for the year. Click

December
17, 2005 - Luminaries !!! Each year in December the Moorings neighborhood
assembles and displays over 2000 luminaries, lining each and every street
in the subdivision. Thanks to all the volunteers who helped fold, assemble,
set out, light, and clean up this year! We got lucky and the rain held
off. This is a fun event that lets you meet new neighbors. We would love
to have you help us in 2006!

September 10,
2005 - Neighborhood International Food Fest Our first
annual food fest was a lot of fun! We had a great turnout of neighbors
who brought food from their native land or heritage. The day was blessed
with great weather, and the food fest ended with a couple of "hayrides"
around the nighborhood. Hopefully this will be the first of many similar
events.
