When you click on our PayPal button, you will be directed to the Moorings payment account. We have set this up so that you can enter any amount you wish. You are not locked into paying the entire amount all at once. So if you wish, you can pay 1/2 the amount (for example) and then later pay the balance. We just ask that you pay the entire amount before the end of June each year.

If you wish, you can also make a financial donation to the neighborhood. Your neighbors appreciate your support. We not only have to keep the pool and tennis courts maintained, but we have dozens of acres of common areas that need constant maintenance.

A note about the Moorings PayPal account — you will reach a point in the payment process where you are asked to specify shipping instructions. PayPal is normally used by online merchants, and for us this question is meaningless. Select the "Shipping is not required" option and continue checkout. You will be able to safely enter your credit card information and complete the transaction easily.

You will receive a receipt via e-mail and we will be able to track your payment. We suggest you print your e-mail receipt.
